Fimbulwinter

Album Notes & Community Reviews

The highly controversial Finnish black metal solo project delivers a notably polished, remarkably melodic evolution of its traditionally lo-fi, incredibly raw sound. 'Fimbulwinter' perfectly balances incredibly fast, driving tremolo riffs and harsh vocals with surprisingly prominent, deeply atmospheric synthesizer melodies. It serves as a fiercely heavy, profoundly cold, and remarkably epic modern black metal triumph.
