Album Notes & Community Reviews

Guitarist Kim Simmonds reassembled his ever-shifting lineup to produce this remarkably tight, riff-heavy excursion into traditional British blues-rock. Bolstered by the return of vocalist Chris Youlden and the driving boogie-rock arrangements, the record proved to be one of the band's most commercially successful outings in the United States. It stands as a prime example of their reliable, no-nonsense approach to electrified, American-inspired blues.
