Album Notes & Community Reviews
Launching the first part of an incredibly ambitious conceptual sci-fi trilogy, the Swedish sextet pushes their signature blend of melodic death and progressive metal to staggering new heights. 'The Singularity (Phase I: Neohumanity)' flawlessly balances remarkably heavy, deeply complex 7-string guitar riffing with soaring, radio-ready clean vocal choruses and sweeping synthesizer arrangements. The album is a brilliantly futuristic, immensely melodic, and profoundly epic technical achievement.
