Album Notes & Community Reviews
'III' is a wildly eclectic, unapologetically lo-fi milestone that helped define the sprawling, fragmented aesthetic of 90s indie rock. Lou Barlow and company oscillate between beautiful, bittersweet acoustic laments and incredibly raw, noisy slacker rock jams, capturing a deeply anxious and cryptic energy.
