Album Notes & Community Reviews

Transitioning sharply away from the murky death-doom of their debut, the Finnish pioneers employ a distinctly colder, more technical approach on this 1993 release. The frantic, tremolo-picked riffs and complex time signatures laid essential groundwork for the melodic death metal and black metal crossover styles.
