Album Notes & Community Reviews

Straining under the pressure of their violent live shows and shifting musical tides, Sham 69 released their fourth album, 'The Game', shortly before disbanding. The record pushes beyond their standard Oi! punk anthems, incorporating broader rock arrangements and more introspective, socially conscious lyricism from frontman Jimmy Pursey. It represents a mature, albeit final, chapter for the original lineup.
