Album Notes & Community Reviews

On their second album 'Drunk Tank Pink', Shame channels the frantic energy of life off the road into a more complex and agitated post-punk sound. Produced by James Ford, the record utilizes knotty guitar riffs, off-kilter rhythms, and synthesizers to create a claustrophobic atmosphere that mirrors lyrics centered on burnout, isolation, and introspection. This results in a musically intricate and sonically abrasive work that pushes beyond the anthemic nature of their debut into more experimental and emotionally raw territory.
