Album Notes & Community Reviews

'1000 Hurts' delivers an abrasive, meticulously recorded masterclass in noise rock and math rock. Shellac utilizes uncommon time signatures, harsh metallic guitar tones, and sarcastic, misanthropic lyricism to create a raw and intensely angry post-hardcore record.
