Album Notes & Community Reviews

Capturing their live intensity on record, the Seattle-via-Montana quartet utilizes Steve Albini's raw engineering to document their uniquely angular sound. 'In the West' is a heavily dissonant, melancholic indie rock record defined by its interwoven dual-guitar attacks and sarcastic, slacker rock apathy.
