Frogstomp

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded while the band members were merely fifteen years old, the Australian trio achieved staggering global success by faithfully replicating the incredibly heavy, angst-driven sound of Seattle grunge. Daniel Johns's remarkably mature, strained vocal delivery commands massive, down-tuned guitar riffs that draw heavy comparisons to Pearl Jam and Soundgarden. The record became a massive international phenomenon, rocketing the teenagers to immediate rock superstardom.
