Album Notes & Community Reviews
On 'Secret South', 16 Horsepower leans fully into dark, pastoral gothic country and Americana. The album is driven by David Eugene Edwards's intensely passionate, religious lyricism and a heavy, melancholic atmosphere steeped in Christian pessimism.
