Album Notes & Community Reviews
Featuring the return of original drummer Dave Lombardo, 'Christ Illusion' is Slayer's most focused album in years. The songs are fast, brutal, and controversial, attacking religion and war with renewed vigor. It proved the thrash legends still had plenty of fire.
