Album Notes & Community Reviews
Perfectly balancing the blinding speed of 'Reign in Blood' with the slower, sludgy grooves of 'South of Heaven', 'Seasons in the Abyss' is a masterclass in thrash metal dynamic pacing. Slayer delivers a highly aggressive, energetic, and dark exploration of war and serial killers bathed in pure misanthropic anger.
