Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Nottingham duo continues their vitriolic assault on austerity-era Britain with incredibly stark, minimalist post-punk loops and relentless spoken-word diatribes. Jason Williamson's thick, working-class dialect completely eviscerates target after target, ranging from corrupt politicians to pretentious rock bands. The fiercely independent, uncompromisingly foul-mouthed approach unexpectedly resonated, scoring the pair a major UK top ten hit.
