Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Sheffield-based duo delivers an incredibly sterile, mathematically precise album exploring the outer fringes of microhouse and minimal techno. 'stdio' abandons traditional kick drums and basslines, building swinging, 2-step infused rhythms entirely out of digital clicks, static bursts, and clipped sine waves. It is highly regarded as a masterclass in rhythmic tension and reductionist electronic composition.
