Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded in a single weekend during a period of intense personal turmoil for the band, this seminal Southern California punk release captures the raw, reckless energy of the Fullerton underground scene. Mike Ness' gritty, misanthropic songwriting provides a street-level view of suburban alienation and substance abuse. The record laid the foundational groundwork for the band's eventual pivot toward roots-inflected cowpunk.
