Album Notes & Community Reviews

Abandoning the blues and rockabilly elements that colored their immediate prior work, Mike Ness steered the band back towards an incredibly aggressive, heavy punk rock sound. The intensely autobiographical lyrics grapple openly with addiction, grief, and the death of close friends. It resulted in their most emotionally devastating and sonically powerful record, featuring uncredited drum work by Chuck Biscuits.
