Album Notes & Community Reviews
Recorded entirely using analog equipment to capture an organic, live-in-the-studio warmth, the Swedish progressive metal outfit delivers a deeply melancholic third album. Driven by Martin Lopez's intricate drumming and Joel Ekel枚f's remarkably smooth vocal melodies, the record explores philosophical themes of human nature and societal decay. It further distanced them from early Tool comparisons, cementing their own distinctly melodic identity.
