Album Notes & Community Reviews

Radically shifting their sound to incorporate heavy electric guitar courtesy of fusion pioneer Allan Holdsworth, Soft Machine entered a phenomenally energetic, blistering new phase. 'Bundles' completely abandons their earlier psychedelic pop for intensely complex, fiercely rhythmic jazz-rock, serving as an incredibly technical, highly progressive instrumental masterclass in mid-70s fusion improvisation.
