Album Notes & Community Reviews

Arriving late in the legendary Canterbury group's lineage, this album marked a decisive shift towards slick, synthesizer-heavy jazz fusion. Keyboardist Mike Ratledge departed early in the sessions, leaving the band with no original members and finalizing their transition from psychedelic weirdness into tight, technical musicianship. Guitarist John Etheridge shines significantly throughout the high-energy instrumental compositions.
