Album Notes & Community Reviews
Deliberately abandoning the heavy, fuzzed-out distortion of their 90s output, Starflyer 59 embraces incredibly lush, Beach Boys-inspired chamber pop. 'Leave Here a Stranger' relies entirely on clean, echoing guitars, meticulous orchestration, and warm, ethereal harmonies to convey deeply introspective, spiritual themes.
