Album Notes & Community Reviews

Entering their commercial zenith, Status Quo delivered the definitive distillation of their relentless, head-down boogie rock formula on 'On the Level'. Buoyed by the massive success of the chugging anthem 'Down Down', the record eschews pretension for pure, driving 12-bar rock and roll energy, cementing their status as British working-class heroes.
