Album Notes & Community Reviews
Although released in 1973, this archival collection compiles early 1967 acoustic sessions featuring Sandy Denny prior to her legendary tenure with Fairport Convention. Stripped of the lush progressive orchestration the band would later employ, the recordings highlight delicate, acoustic-driven folk-pop and the unmatched purity of Denny's developing vocal prowess. The highlight of the collection is the seminal original recording of 'Who Knows Where the Time Goes?'.
