Album Notes & Community Reviews
Bridging the gap between Venice Beach skate punk and heavy metal, Suicidal Tendencies' debut album is a frantic, wildly energetic explosion of teenage alienation. Mike Muir's incredibly manic, highly sarcastic vocal rants tackle institutionalization, suburban angst, and extreme rebellion over lightning-fast, shredding guitar riffs. It is a deeply humorous, violently aggressive crossover thrash pioneer.
