Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released shortly after 'Welcome to Sparks, Nevada', this album is a stark and politically charged collection of spoken-word pieces. The record directly addresses the social and political turmoil of its time, including the COVID-19 pandemic, the murder of George Floyd, and the 2020 US election. The musical backings are minimal and electronic, serving primarily as a sparse soundbed for Kozelek's lengthy, unfiltered monologues.
