Album Notes & Community Reviews

Sun Ra instructed his horn players to pick up unfamiliar string instruments鈥攊ncluding ukuleles, mandolins, and kotos鈥攁nd improvise without prior training. This unconventional methodology yields a chaotic, highly textural recording built entirely on atonal scraping and dense, spontaneous sonic friction.
