Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following their departure from Elektra Records, the Knoxville quartet rebounded with a highly energized, fiercely independent third album. 'In the Valley of Dying Stars' merges heavy, driving power-pop hooks with walls of distorted, shoegaze-inflected guitars. Often considered their creative peak, the record showcases John Davis's masterful songwriting and the band's resilient, high-volume alternative rock spirit.
