Album Notes & Community Reviews

The sprawling New York underground hip-hop collective delivers a defining statement of the contemporary 'plugg' and cloud rap movement. Driven by producer EvilGiane's airy, highly melodic synthesizer beats, 'SGV1' features lethargic, boastful performances from various crew members, heavily utilizing auto-tune and repetitive flows. The project serves as a highly influential blueprint for the modern internet-rap underground.
