Album Notes & Community Reviews

Inspired heavily by Leonard Cohen, the sixth studio album by the Canadian twin sisters is their first to feature a song co-written together. The record completes their transition away from acoustic folk-pop toward highly polished, synthesizer-driven new wave and power pop, produced by Chris Walla. The catchy, frantic arrangements perfectly mask deep anxieties regarding romantic devotion and personal identity.
