Album Notes & Community Reviews
Terje Rypdal's 'Descendre' places his electric guitar voice in a spacious trio setting with Palle Mikkelborg and Jon Christensen. The album's mixture of icy ambience, jazz fusion, and ECM restraint emphasizes atmosphere as much as virtuoso soloing.
