Album Notes & Community Reviews

Utilizing a Yamaha YC-45-D electronic organ specially tuned to just intonation, Terry Riley weaves a profoundly hypnotic, astonishingly beautiful minimalist masterpiece. 'Shri Camel' consists of four lengthy, purely instrumental improvisations that layer deeply meditative, highly complex microtonal patterns, resulting in a spiritual, beautifully cold, and surreal electronic journey.
