Album Notes & Community Reviews

The final studio effort from the pioneering Texas psychedelic group was largely assembled without the direct involvement of their institutionalized frontman, Roky Erickson. Helmed heavily by guitarist Stacy Sutherland, the resulting record trades the manic energy of their early work for a murky, blues-influenced atmosphere reflecting the band's dissolving interpersonal state.
