Album Notes & Community Reviews

'We Will Always Love You' tempers The Avalanches' signature plunderphonics by building songs from hundreds of samples and expanding them with live instrumentation and a vast array of guest vocalists. The critically acclaimed album moves away from a party focus to explore mature, profound themes of mortality, spirituality, and cosmic connection, inspired by the Voyager Golden Record and the idea of sampling as a way to commune with artists of the past.
