Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originating from a comedic sketch on Saturday Night Live, this debut album features comedians Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi backed by an astonishingly formidable band of Stax and Booker T. & the M.G.'s veterans. Despite its comedic origins, the record sparked a massive, highly successful mainstream revival of rhythm and blues.
