Album Notes & Community Reviews
The debut album from the Swedish quintet established their impossibly sunny, retro-lounge aesthetic, characterized by delicate acoustic arrangements, flute solos, and Nina Persson's breathy vocals. Reinvigorating the cocktail pop format with distinct indie sensibilities, the record laid the foundation for the massive international success they would enjoy later in the decade.
