This final installment largely abandons the manipulated ballroom samples of its predecessors for vast, unsettling passages of noise, crackle, and droning ambiance, simulating the near-total void of a mind erased by illness. The four lengthy tracks culminate in a depiction of oblivion, marking the conceptual end of the patient's consciousness and the symbolic final release under the Caretaker alias.
