Album Notes & Community Reviews

Operating as a stopgap release entirely comprised of cover songs, 'A Box of Birds' finds the Australian veterans reinterpreting tracks from artists like Iggy Pop, Ultravox, and The Monkees[cite: 1]. The Church thoroughly saturates these diverse compositions in their signature, heavily reverberating neo-psychedelia and dream-like alternative rock aesthetics[cite: 1].
