Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Comsat Angels deepened the shadowed production and tense rhythmic approach of their early work on 'Sleep No More'. The album's heavy atmosphere and controlled dynamics positioned the Sheffield group within the darker side of British post-punk without fully aligning them with gothic rock's later conventions.
