Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following the stripped-back indie rock of 'Regeneration', Neil Hannon enthusiastically returns to his signature grandiose, orchestral pop arrangements. Utilizing sweeping string sections and elegant woodwinds, the lush, sophisticated instrumentation perfectly frames Hannon's witty, sharply observed vignettes of aging, nostalgia, and romantic regret.
