Album Notes & Community Reviews

Amanda Palmer and Brian Viglione deliver a fierce, theatrical blast of aggressive piano-driven rock, entirely eschewing electric guitars. The sharp, confessional lyricism tackles complex themes of sexuality, mental illness, and societal hypocrisy with a distinctly vaudevillian flair. The album captures the manic, improvisational energy of their highly acclaimed live performances.
