Album Notes & Community Reviews

Pioneering the Chicago punk scene, the group moved beyond standard thrash tempos to pioneer a dense, brooding post-hardcore sound. 'For Ever Grounded' marries the speed and aggression of hardcore with the rhythmic tension and dark atmosphere of British post-punk. It is an intensely political and muscular album that heavily influenced the development of the Midwestern underground.
