Album Notes & Community Reviews
Bolstered by a larger budget and a full backing band of skilled East Village musicians, the satirical folk-rock group produced their most musically competent album to date. Despite the cleaner production, Ed Sanders and Tuli Kupferberg maintained their notoriously profane, hyper-political humor, taking aim at the Vietnam War and mainstream American culture.
