Album Notes & Community Reviews
Operating at the absolute peak of their commercial powers, the Wilson brothers delivered an undeniable masterpiece of early 80s R&B. The record is immortalized by the iconic synth-funk anthems 'Early in the Morning' and 'You Dropped a Bomb on Me', as well as the classic ballad 'Outstanding'. It served as a defining soundtrack for the era, pioneering the heavy, synthesized boogie sound that dominated urban radio.
