Album Notes & Community Reviews

Celebrating their fortieth anniversary, the foundational Scottish noise-pop brothers heavily incorporate icy, Kraftwerk-inspired synthesizer loops into their trademark feedback-drenched guitar rock. The relatively subdued, deeply rhythmic tracking focuses on alienation, substance abuse, and their own turbulent history, maintaining their signature effortlessly cool, apathetic detachment.
