Album Notes & Community Reviews

Evan Dando assembled an entirely new backing band for what would become the group's final studio album before an extensive decade-long hiatus. The songwriting oscillates wildly between perfectly crafted, sunny jangle-pop melodies and bizarre, deeply cynical reflections on heavy drug addiction and personal burnout. The strangely uneven, yet incredibly infectious record accurately reflects the chaotic, highly turbulent era of its creation.
