Album Notes & Community Reviews

Moving toward a slightly more polished studio sound, the iconic duo delivers a set of intricately harmonized secular ballads and traditional country numbers. Their signature high-lonesome tenor lines cut through the Nashville-produced instrumentation with immense emotional clarity. The album captures their transition from pure gospel and traditional roots toward the broader commercial country market.
