Album Notes & Community Reviews

Billed under a slightly altered moniker, this release marks a highly anticipated reunion of the classic 1960s lineup of The Animals. Produced by bassist Chas Chandler, the sessions attempt to recapture the gritty, R&B-infused blues rock that defined the group's early successes. Although it successfully reignited the original quintet's chemistry, the release was unfortunately overshadowed by the concurrent punk rock explosion.
