Album Notes & Community Reviews

Mayo Thompson continued his incredibly long-running, eccentric project The Red Krayola with the remarkably soothing 'Introduction'. Despite their avant-garde history, this release leans heavily into incredibly lush, surreal art-pop arrangements, utilizing delicate strings, pianos, and a rotating cast of indie rock musicians to deliver highly poetic, often humorous songs.
