Album Notes & Community Reviews
Sole member Alexander von Meilenwald continues to expand the boundaries of blackened doom metal with this dense, deeply atmospheric sixth record. The album introduces pronounced elements of 1980s gothic rock and darkwave, heavily utilizing clean baritone vocals and chilling, icy synthesizers alongside crushing guitar riffs. It serves as a masterclass in building suffocating, cinematic tension within extreme metal frameworks.
