Album Notes & Community Reviews

Tracking the album swiftly after a long period of touring, the Chicago veterans capture a remarkably urgent, live-in-the-studio energy that contrasts their typically meticulous electronic production. Sam Prekop's breezy vocals remain front and center, floating over Archer Prewitt's crystalline guitar lines and John McEntire's propulsive drumming.
